Rhinefield Ornamental Drive
Situated between the A35 and Brockenhurst is the Rhinefield Ornamental Drive. A winding narrow tarmac road that snakes past the tallest trees in the New forest National Park, the Giant Redwoods on the Tall Trees Trail and sweeps past the similarly majestic country house, Rhinefield House.
The tallest trees in the New Forest
The Giant Redwood trees in Rhinefield Ornamental Drive are the tallest of the New Forest. These Sequia trees are not the oldest trees of the New Forest. These Californian native trees dwarf the native oak of the New Forest.
