No more stuffy gyms. Home training or exercising in the forest are great ways to get into shape in a relaxed environment. To make the workout more affordable and sociable, train with a friend.

Fully qualified personal trainer, Nutritional advisor, Sports massage therapist. Reps registered.

  • 1 person ¬£30 per hour
  • 2 people ¬£40 per hour (¬£20 each)
  • Or book block sessions of 6 to receive further discount.

Circuit Training

Thursday evenings 7:15pm to 8:15pm

Meet at The Pavilion, Hordle Recreation Ground, Vaggs Lane, Tiptoe.

A complete workout with different stations working on different muscle groups. All ages and abilities welcome.

£4.50 per session.

Meet at the Burley Cricket Car Park (opposite the school).

An all over body workout in a relaxed, fun environment for all shapes, sizes, age and ability. Bring trainers and a water bottle!!
